It's just like my Sunday morning Lives, except we're really there, exclusively, together...

(How tall IS Kate? Does she wear deodorant or does she get lazy for the Livestream? What IS under that hat anyway?... These are just some of the many questions keeping me from getting to the point right now... )

Rates at this time: $350

Includes:
-Up to 4-ish guests*
(*If you're a family of 5, I won't make you leave home your youngest, lol! If you're a family, simply honestly explain your situation, and we're good!) 

-A 30 minute preparatory Video Chat a few days ahead of time, where we'll finalize destination & plans together. Your choice: let's meet up where you like within the Mid-Lower Hudson Valley, or, I can offer you a list of some of my favorite places, we can talk about what kind of experience you're looking for, and help you pick from there!

- A 1-2-ish hour actual tour! We'll meet up, have a walk together, and just like the livestream, I can share what I know about the area, and suggest some fun activities along the way!

-Jeff and I both, or just me (you know Jeff; he'll be happy to take a nap and get a bagel without us!)

Good things to know:
50% of Payment is required at the conclusion of our Video Chat. The remaining 50% is required in advance of the actual visit, approx. 24 hours prior. Payment is accepted at this time via Venmo or Cashapp. If the weather prevents our meeting, I'll happily postpone to another day. I also have a short "agreement" I'd love for us to both read and sign in advance; I'll go over it with you during our Video Chat!
